Our People
Every Top 1 Roofing project is handled by our own employees, never subcontractors. A dedicated project manager inspects your roof and builds your estimate, a crew foreman with at least ten years of experience leads the installation, and our customer care team keeps you updated from the first call to the final walkthrough.
We hire for character first and train for skill. That is why so many of our customers ask for the same crew again when they need gutters, siding or a roof on their next home.
Free estimate. Reply within 1 business hour.

10 years experienceSenior Project Estimator
Daniel builds every estimate line by line and walks homeowners through material options with photos from their own roof, so there are never any surprises.
6 years experienceCustomer Care Coordinator
Kevin is the friendly voice who books your inspection, answers your questions and keeps you updated from the first call to the final walkthrough.
Plus four full crews
Book a free inspection and a project manager will walk your roof with you, answer every question and leave you with photos and a written estimate.
Crew Standards
Your home deserves professionals, not day labor. These standards apply to everyone who sets foot on your property.
Every installer completes fall protection and job site safety training before stepping on a roof.
Our crews work on and around your home, so every team member is screened before hiring.
Installers train on the exact shingle and membrane systems we install to protect your warranty.
Uniformed, courteous and accountable. Every crew leader signs off on the finished roof personally.
See Our Process
Curious what really happens on install day? This time-lapse shows every layer of a full re-roof, the same careful process our crews follow on every New Jersey home.
Areas We Serve
Top 1 Roofing serves homeowners and businesses in Middlesex, Monmouth, Union, Somerset and northern Ocean counties. Our crews are based in Edison, so most inspections happen within 24 to 48 hours of your call.
Not on the list? We regularly travel further for larger and commercial projects, so just ask.
Customer Reviews
Hundreds of families and business owners trust Top 1 Roofing with the most important part of their property. Here is what a few of them had to say.
Based on 280+ verified reviews
From the first inspection to the final cleanup, Top 1 Roofing was professional and on time. Our new roof went on in a single day and the crew left the yard spotless.
We had a leak around the chimney during a nor'easter. They came out the same evening, tarped it, and rebuilt the flashing two days later. Not a drop since.
They walked us through every shingle option and the price never changed. The estimate was detailed, honest and lower than two other companies we called.
